Having this since over a year. Balanitis or smt else?

So it doesnt scratch or hurt. I am not circumcised but my foreskin rarely covers my penis glance. Causing it to rub my already penis friendly amd supportive underpants. I never used soap to wash my penis and wash almost always after sex and with every shower.

Went to see a doctor for a Chlamydia i once had and asked him if he thought this was normal, he said it was and that I shouldn't worry. But it just looks ugly and unhygienic to me so please, does anyone know what i could do?

No cure but there is medication that can help reduce or completely prevent it from happening.
