Having weird symptoms..

I’ve had bad anxiety over the past 4 months. I decided to go for blood tests and it was all normal except for high cholesterol. My doctor put me on urbanol (2 weeks ago) and lexamil 10mg (5 days ago).

The weird thing is I’ve completely lost my appetite over the past month. I’ve lost at least 6kg’s without trying to. I’m also nauseous especially during the evenings and I’m belching constantly. I’m not bloated and I don’t have any abdominal pain. 

So my question is: are these possible side effects of the anxiety and/or new medication or is it something I should be worried about?

It seems like you have lost quite a loss of weight over the past month, although generally if on a diet they seem to expect a 1 kg of weight a week. If you are not eating you will loose weight. With the problem of not eating you should contact you GP, and make sure you are ok. It all may be your Anxiety is part of the problem. 

Has your GP suggested ways of reducing your Cholesterol
