Hi ladies is anyone else suffering with horrendous buzzing and hissing noises in head! It’s driving me mad! Starting to think there is something seriously wrong! Getting worse with stress!!
Have it all , its like inside my head has its own lil party going on from buzzing to ringing to bird sounds to head pressure! I try to not dwell on it , cause mine is also during the day when up !

buzzing sound in head mostly in night ..feel something going on inside my head..sometimes its knocking feeling as if someone knocks from head
So glad I found this. I have on and off have had weird head sensations…I am not sure if it is buzzing, as I don’t hear anything it feels like a a light vibration maybe? I am not one who ever really struggled with headaches unless I was sick with a virus, or dehydrated or occasionally would have one for a day during period. But lately I am noticing I get more weird head sensations like a squeezing, and then I can get a feel of pain pressure for a few seconds that feels like sinus.Anything I have read it seems like it is tension related, and I do get tight sore neck and shoulders…but the squeezing feeling is at times a bit alarming. I know I am an anxious person and when I get these things my health anxiety kicks in making me more aware of these sensations.
