OK, here's the problem, every time I get severe stomach ache and end up on the throne, my neck upwards starts to feel like it's been blown up by an air tank, and it feels like my neck is expanding outwards, along with extreme sweating and a significant rise in temperature, which after fecal expulsion, the (whatever it is) dies down. This can last 3-5 minutes, and it happens about 2 to 3 times a month, but, between episodes, everything is about as normal is it can get. Has anyone else had this?
