I suffer with Health anxiety and I'm currently taking Buspirone, I've got this weird feeling in my head , it's a headache but it feels like my heads rolling round inside itself it's really strange making me feel dizzy as well.
Anyone else get this , I hope so else I'm going to be in a right state all night .
Yeah head aches are common in anxiety I always get them! With the dizziness too. You just need to try take your mind off things for a while and relax x
I get this it also feels like my legs are not strong enough to hold me and very dizzy
Anxiety often gives me pressure in the top of my head and then it travels to the
base of the head and I feel lightheaded as well when it happens. Headaches
are common with anxiety. I also take Buspirone but it is not working for me.
I have to go back to the provider , but I've tried most of the SSRI's. Sometimes it's difficult to find the right medication to help with anxiety. I wish you luck.
Yeah it feels so strange like I'm rolling back if it makes sense, just trying to relax my self
Hey it happens too me and you feel that you have super light head and my vision gets like blurry its super annoying gets u a major headache in the middle of the forehead and you feel pressure in your temple thats consider anxiety im guessing
I have it now and im not even on medicine sometimes my head feels weird my whole body feels weird on a every day bases anxiety sucks i hope we both get well soon
