So today i was cooking dinner, while watching some vlogs on youtube. Suddenly I felt a weird sensation of tightness or pressure right at the base of my head, after a few seconds I felt heat all on the back of my head. It was like a burning hot sensation, it then spread to my ears, they literally felt hot to touch and were bright red, then it spread to the front of my head. The heat essentially covered my whole head. It lasted about 5-10 mins tapering off slowly. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
well could be hormonal,a bad disc in your neck,anxiety. .best if it keeps up go to a doctor.
I would get something similar. Never happened to me during the day. But I would wake up at like 1 am and could not sleep. Then I would get up and do “something” since I cold not sleep. But about 10 minutes after getting up my head would feel like its on fire. It would come on suddenly out of nowhere. Started when I was prescribed Buspar and stopped a half a year later when stopped taking Buspar. That was many years ago and have not had it since. But yeah, tell a doctor about it.
