Head or ear ringing type noise

Hi Guys, one thing I have noticed since I have had this illness is ringing type buzzing in my head kind of like wires sparking as silly as that sounds? does anyone else have similar issue? I have had this before taking Citalopram too. Thanks

I have had a little ringing in the ears but mostly I have been dealing with a lot of head pressure and constantly having to pop my ears.

Hi Staci Thanks do you think thats linked to depression/Anxiety? I'm convinced my is even though I play in a band and am subject to noise I dont think its a ear/hearing issue? does popping your ears work ?

Hi, yes I've got tinnitus too. Very annoying going to ENT in July. The annoying thing is the GP says it is not a side effect. It says it can be on the nhs website.

Hi Stevo,

I had ringing in the ears before I went sick, especially at work! I was signed of with work related stress and since being away from that which made me ill in the first place it has lessened over the 7 months. I can talk about my job as I am no longer employed by them. Also whenever things got a bit stressful it would come on and stay until I slept.

Tis funny I got so used to it, I kind of miss it now (not!)

Persevere is all you can do.

Yes, popping my ears give me relief. Would love for it just to go away period though.
