Hi,

I have chest pains, left arm pain that I have for about 3 weeks now but arm pain for 2/3 days. I've made chest x-ray and results were normal, did a heart diagnostics and results were also normal. Did blood picture and Vitamin D and results was that I only had Vitamin D deficiency

The pain goes and comes.. I also forgot to mention I get dizzy sometimes and have shortness of breath.

Okay you should try going doctors. To get yourself checked out properly.
