Does anyone else experience sudden shooting pains in ther head and also tender temples and head sometimes sore to touch aswell? Aching neck too

I am in a simlar situation and get wierd feelings in my head and a really sore neck that goes on and off! my head gets tingly and twitchy, I often have headaches and random pains and my neck is tender to touch 
I'm convinced mething more like a brain tumor

You should visit a neurologist and a chiropractor. Tell them about the symptoms you’re having and I’m sure they will help you out. Your spine, specifically your neck has a large influence on your head, and if your spine is not in the shape that it should be, it can cause problems. I hope you start to feel better, also consider that these symptoms can be caused or worsen due to anxiety.
