Hi I have anxiety all different kinds but moslty Health anxiety. I’ve had headaches but recently when I’m having a bowel movement or when straining to do anything. I think it’s unlikely I have a brain tumour but it is freaking me out. Can this be my anxiety? Does anyone else get this?
I think this could def be anxiety. I have had a little bit of head pressure/pain if I'm straining during a bowel movement or something like that. It doesn't last though, only a min or 2 n then it's gone. But I think it has to do more with the fact you're tightening your muscles during w.e it is your doing and that's why you feel pressure.
Definitely Anxiety! I had that and also if I bent down to pick something up my head would get pressure and hurt. If I sneezed or cough the same symptoms.
I’m on celexa 10mg and it all had dissipated. My ears were clogging and popping also. Ugh now that I look back I’m relieved I went in this med.

Omg my left eyes clogs all the time! Like it feels full for no reason, only when im anxious. Why?!!! lol
