I have severe anxiety it’s making my life hell everyday is the same! But for the past couple of days I’ve had this non stop head pressure all over my head I see floaters all the time I can hear my own heartbeat in my ears they feel full all the time and it’s really scaring me, I feel like I’m getting an ear infection tho but can all that be the cause of an ear infection whenever I concentrate on it all it makes me so scared and I go into panic I don’t know what’s to do anymore am I alone in this.

If you feel a pressure headache, have you tried taking an ibuprofen? Ibuprofen should relieve the pressure.

Try taking benedryl. Do you have allergies? Allergies can cause head pressure, itchy ears, foggy vision. See a doctor and maybe ask hun. Also it’s probably just your anxiety. Have you seen a doctor about it?

I’m having really bad shooting pains in my head and my ears feel blocked it’s horrible I’m back at the doctors tomorrow I wAnt a scan on my head to make sure everything is ok and once I know I can try and accept the pain iv had it for 4months now I’m constanly in pain once one symtonm goes a different one comes..
Hi being having that but mine started in the neck then my head feels like it sore but then got tenderness the side of temple got bit of a cold but I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia that's facial pain to do with nerves but on special tablets that its so bad I canrt go to dentist so frightened too they want to operate on my head at the back to kill nerves off to much of a risk not going there
