Head sensations inside of my head feels like it's going yon blow up

Feeling like inside of my head is burning and like there's a shotgun inside my head that is about to go off...

Had a ct scan a few months ago over decribing something similar to this. Except I think the sensations are stronger this time . Nothing has happened to hightend my anxiety
