Head shaking and jerking anxiety?

I posted lastnight about anxiety.tonight i went out and found my head shaking and felt like my brain was jerking from side to side and my vision kept jumping....could this be stress and anxiety related or does it sound more neuro based?i have been stressed for over 6 months but i am reslly converned anout ms parkisons or brain tumour.thankyou

I talked to you yesterday, I do not know your age. So I would suggest you talk to your GP, they will test out your condition/Anxiety and try and put your mind at rest

Hi,

I also get twitches, and I also sometimes imagine that my vision has jumped, I do think it is down to anxiety 😊

Hi alice do you feel as if your head is jerking from side to side?

Still young and plenty years before you. Still suggest you discuss this problem with your Doctor. This will help you move on
