Head tingles what is it

questionWhat are these tingles, waves sorta like tightening in my head just don't like it my jaw feels tingly too and I clench my jaw without noticing am I going crazy or have a brain disease so worried , I have had lots of panic attacks and anxiety all the bloody time just fed up now I should be happy I've just had a lil baby and love my children so much any help advise and personal experiences would really help me !!!

hi lindsey....i'm sorry you're having such a difficult time. as someone who has been suffering with anxiety for eighteen months, i know how scary it can be...i assume you've been checked by a doctor and any physical cause for your symptoms has been ruled out....if not, i'd suggest doing that first. if you're all clear, then i would take the advice that i can't seem to follow which is to try and relax and accept that it's anxiety making you feel this way....and, whatever you do, don't google your symptoms!!! (i did that this morning and am still feeling the symptoms that i conjured up). i get the weird tingly feeling in my head, face, arms and legs from time to time....along with a host of other symptoms. i've been convinced that i have any number of terminal diseases (despite being given a very clean bill of health by a number of doctors and specialists)....i can only tell you that it's a very slippery slope once you start believing that there is something catastrophically wrong with you. so...see your doctor (if you haven't already) and then do your best to just go with it (i'm sure some of you who are familiar wtih my posts will be laughing by now, since this is the very advice i'm unable to apply to myself....but it's still good advice!!)....take care, lindsey...you're not alone

Thanks Hun getting these replies have started to help me and realise maybe I'm not alone and there are others Suffering  this too , now and then I get bursts of happiness then it slides away back into worry what a weird thing this anxiety is ay , one day hopefully I can be the me I was

are you feeling tense when it happens.
