Headache after labs

Has anyone had labyrinthitis and after the vertigo and other symptoms have 99% gone they have had a moderate tension headache not made better by ibuprofen for a week or so after ?

All the rest of my symptoms are gone, apart from very slight infrequent dizziness.

Any ideas how to get rid of the headache ? My doc has my on 400mg ibuprofen every 4 hours and 6mg of diazepam daily

There are migraine specific medications, such as triptans, topamax.  Discuss this with your physician.

I can't go back til next Tuesday, I'll stick with what I have, surely it will pass ?
