Hi Stephx

I was just reading your experiences with visiting your GP and all those symptoms you are experiencing for many days without finding real relief.

And as Anxiety does to us all in here we begin to think and actually believe the very worse, ie a brain tumor ect.

You are not alone in all this and it is not in  your imagination that you have all these symptoms.

Amoxycion is one of the antibotics I know oh so well and your GP may well be right that you do in fact have some sinus related issues going on at the same time.

I have been living on numerous amounts of antibiotics for the past 5 years nearly as it is what the Drs will prescribe for my acute Lymphoedema, in my groin.

I am no fan of antibiotics and may well be close to the stage where they will no longer work for me having been on them almost full time for such a long period.

The headaches that become migranes and the watery and tired eyes , the chest pains and breathing problems all say one thing to me personally ANXIETY , and it is the anxiety that you need to treat to aleviate all those physical syptoms that you are experiencing.

I am self taught in reflexology and personally i would reccomend you find a local therpaist that can give you a few sessions of reflexology which will entail pressure pointing certain areas of the feet.

Often a lot of people dont like having thier feet touched but I will then turn to thier hands and do the same thing with the hands for them.

I do this to myself using my hands.

u will be amazed at how painful some of the areas of your feet have become and how much toxin has developed over the period of your physical reactiions.

Reflexology really is amazing when it comes to dealing with issues like migranes and Sinus related propblems.

Also I learned that a lot of our worries and anxietyies are held wrapped up deep inside our tummy, in a area known as the Solar Plexus.

And its here that we find the knots and tangles of our stress.

It is so simple for me to identify this having learned the art of reflexology over years past to get straight to the crux and begin to relieve the body of all those built up poison toxins which have infiltrated your whole being, mind, body and spirit.

Not everyone will understand what I am saying.

But what I wish to convey to you at this time is to research anxiety and its effects on yourself.

And as you become enlightened and with first hand knowlege of whats happening in your body then make those choices for yourself of how you are going to actually set out a plan to deal with every syptom , dont be so reliable on the GP in all of this, most of them will only give you more n more pills to make the problem lay dormant, and not go away.

Its a wise choice to decide to take the power and decision making back on board yourself and work alongside the GP and any other health advisers to find the answers and exactly what works for you.

I hope you find this a little helpful.

The other word of advice is use this site as much as you can , share your experiences with all of us in here and at the same time you will find strength and personal healing as you also help others and give them your advice too.

Anxiety is widely misunderstood by main stream society and even some doctors, they are not always right and will never be .

Best wishes

PJ

Thanks ozzie ! I have never heard of that before I as o was reading I was going to say I don't like my feet been touched haha .

I have been trying to stay off this site as I seem to have made certain people on here annoyed with my constant as they call it "moaning" but it does help me to get it all out and talk to other who know exactly what I'm going through or want to help .

solar plexus seems very right as that spot always seems sore to touch anyways so I agree xx

Hi Stephx

Thanks for getting back to me.

I am sorry that even in here you sometimes feel misunderstood and I would envcourage you to use this site all you can , remember this is a useful tool to help us all and is not directed at a certain style or type of person.

Whether you moan and complain to much is by and by to me .

This may not be true as who am I to know anyway.

What concerns me is your head will tell you to stay away as we tend to convince ourself when with anxiety that everyone else is talking about us.

This too is not true either.

This site is for you as much as it is for the next person.

Its a site where we can decide if we ask for advice and help or support or if we are going to contribute towards helping others through thier own personal issues.

I like to think I am here foir both reasons and will always try to give my very best in contributing what I have learned out of my own experiences.

We can all learn from each other and o one is better than the next.

I encourage you to do the same

Cyber Hugs to you

peace and calm too
