Headache, Fatigue, Help please

So for the past 2 months I have been having constant head pain every single day, it often causes me to have major panic attacks that lock me down completely. I have had Two CT scans in the past 8 months and both came up clear, I have seen the neuro and he said that I am having stress headaches. I don’t know what to do anymore, my neck is so stiff all the time it is crazy, today my left arm and leg where weak, I get sharp pain in the right side of my head, my right eye is either watering or dry all of the time, and I have been getting this feeling lately that I have ants all over my body. My feet sweat constantly, I always get hot flashes, and I can rarely sleep through the night. I am a 21 year old male, 6ft, 180lbs. Never had any major health issues. I need some answers. Scared of Unruptured brain aneurysm or DVT.  When I get my panic attacks I lay down and shake really bad it’s hard to control. HELP HELP HELP

I am constantly checking my pupils to see if they are reacting and the same size. I have been so weak lately.

Hello Zaned,

I'm not a health professional but I have been suffering from anxiety and panic disorder for years. It does sound like your symptoms are caused by fear and stress. If your scans came up clear, then the chances of you having something serious like an aneurysm are very small. Have you talked to a counsellor? In the meantime, try this trick to distract yourself: 1. Name 5 things that you can see. 2. Name 5 sounds that you can hear. 3. Name 5 things that are touching your skin. Continue the same steps with 4 things, then three things and so on.

Best of luck!

I believe you are suffering from panic and anxiety. I get the feeling if ants crawling through my arms and legs. It's awful. It's the adrenaline pumping through your body as it hopes into fight or flight mode. I get stress and tension headaches. My neck feels like a stuff block and My heart races. I feel very hot and sweaty and although my feet are so cold they feel sweaty. It's amazing what a psychological thought can do to your body to give it such strong medical feelings. At my worst we had paramedics out as I collapsed. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I was barely able to keep my eyes open. Too weak to walk. Not eating or sleeping yet all my tests came back 100% healthy. It's the anxiety and panic that does it to us. Have you discussed treatment with a Dr?? You may need a combination of meds and therapy. Like you said you are young fit and healthy so medically you are fine. However when the panic and anxiety kicks in it makes us feel like we are suffering from all different types of illness. It is mentally and physically exhausting. You are not alone. So many of us know how you feel. I hope you get some help and start to feel better soon.

I meant to say when my panic attacks are at their worst I shake all.over like I was having a seizure.
