Ok so i’m 17 years old and i have had a headache for almost a month. there have been a few days where i have had no pain, some days a bit more pain than others but it is never really severe pain. Just at that annoying point. i don’t know if it will fix itself or not
Have you been to the dr? Also try cutting out inflammatory foods like gluten and dairy?
Hey thankyou for the reply! Haven’t been to the doctor yet, dads car is getting fixed so can’t really get a lift there just yet. I will try cutting inflammatory foods to see if that helps. Haven’t had the headache today but nothing new. Honestly came on here just to make sure that it’s nothing serious. I never google symptoms because they usually just stress me out.
