So yesterday I had a pretty bad tension headache all day it was so bad that I didn't want to eat which my headache even worse eventually I began to eat and my headache eased up to where I felt fine for the rest of the day/night.. this morning I woke up with a light headache again. I made breakfast for my children then laid down. Eventually it feels like pressure in my ear and I'm getting really scared now is this normal now my anxiety is acting up and I'm getting shortness of breathe because I'm scared that I'm dying or having a brain aneurysm or something and I don't want it to burst should I call a ambulance.. I really don't know what to do..

You may find getting your eyes checked would be one way forward. Explain your headaches to the Opticion
If your eyes are ok have words with your GP, remembering if the sun is bright and you are not wearing sun glasses that may be causing your headaches.
Sometimes with stress you will get a headache, you need to be aware of that. Your GP may be able to help.

i had like a build up of pressure very regularly, now have it occasionally,felt like my ears needed to pop all the time, anxiety seems to create all sorts of different things for all individuals, tension headaches i had every day now get them now and again but not as bad as they used to be,its a pain i know, take each battle one step at a time

I had bad pain on both sides of my head really bad i though i got a blood clot or something scared me to death. I took some ib it got better.
The one thing thats really bothering me lately is my ears omg it feels like alot of water is stuck in my ears it keeps feeling like its gonna pop and flow out but nothing its been realy effecting my hearing and trying to do my daily activities i tried to get appointment with a ent but oh my god they are taking for ever the want me to do a hearing test first before i could see the ent specialist umm? Wouldnt they have something like that there already im confused so im waiting to go to a hearing test place but taking so long i dont know how much more i can take of it . does anyone every get that too and what is it?
