I have been trying several treatments. All of the them produce me very strong headaches.
The last one has been Alpostradil cream and the headeaches lasted me for 24 hours
Any advice?
You really need to discuss this with a doctor. It is - I am told - a known side effect but could be due to blood pressure variation
Are you absolutely sure the treatments and the headaches are directly related? It's very probable that your headaches are the result of tension and concern that your ED will be cured. Do you see?

Headaches are a common side effect for erectile dysfunction medications. Make sure you drink plenty of water - a couple of glasses before and after sex.
Consider a change of medicine, take a doctor's advice on that.
