For about the last month have had ongoing headaches there not super painful just constatly there I have put it down to chronic headaches or possible from me clenching my jaw and grinding very unsure at this point but the last week and half my eyebrow has begun twitching and now I’m worried it’s something sinister cause the facial twitch’s and headaches can anyone relate to this 
Are you taking any medications? It could be a side effect.

It’s anxiety. I had headaches like someone inside my head with a hammer. I was horrible for 1 1/2 years then i was getting a pain at the top of my head. As If someone was sticking a pin in my scalp. It went away after 5 months in citalopram 10mg. That’s how I know it was anxiety. Let me know how you progress.
