Headaches from sleeping too much???

I get so exhausted and take naps since I work from home. Does anyone else get headaches when they sleep too much?

Have you had your blood tested recently? I was low in iron last year which made me tired.. Also if your low in D that can sometimes cause problems. I usually get headaches before my period or if the weather is goofy.
