Headaches, head pressure and insomnia after citalopram increase

Hi, increased citalopram to 40mg 5 weeks ago and have insomnia and weird headaches, pressure in my head. Does this go away? I came off rispirdone 3 months ago as well. Anybody else had this?

I am on 10mg citalopram this is my 11th finish them Sunday and doctor gave me 20 mg to start. My head feels like there's lots of pressure and very fuzzy inside. Can't explain but just like there's lots going on inside it. My anxiety getting better slowly. Anyway how will the 20th male feel I am slightly worried. Can I be nosey and ask what you take the tablets for

20 mg make feel........ha

Bi polar, also take lithium, but have been on the lithium for 20 years. Am back at work, but insomnia rubbish and weird head thing annoying.
