Anyone get headaches everyday from anxiety or am I probably experienxing something else?
I've had headaches now for a few days on and off. Always on the left side of my head. Sometimes they're dull but sometimes they're rewlly bad and like there's so much pressure
I get headaches nearly everyday and the more I think about them the worse they actually get I try not to but it's not that easy as you automatically think it could be something else but it is just anxiety playing games!!
Terrified I've got a brain anuerysm and really wanna call 111 xx
I also get them a lot. Even when I'm not in a panic or haveing anxiety but that is one of my triggers.
I get them everyday too.. Its anxiety hun its awful trust me but I've had test and MRI and everything is fine.. I've recently been put on blood pressure/migraine med. I also take lexapro 10 mg at night.. Are you on any meds?
I always panic when I get a headache. A close family member died of a brain anuerysm a few years ago and ever since im terrified of having one but Iv never had head aches like this til now. There's so much pressure on left side of my head & it moves to my temple my eyes and then back to my head. I can hear whooshing in my ears and I just can't stand it
I'm not on any medication no, refuse to take it cos of side effects x
I just started propanolol and no side affects and woke with no headache.. Don't suffer with it the right meds do help.. Xx
