hi there
does anyone get headaches frequently ?
I dont know if i need to take this further but i have now seen 3 different doctors regarding my headaches. i have severe health anxiety so cannot help thinking i will die of a brain anneursm or brain tumour.
my head goes from back of my left hand side and pressure around the front of my head. it makes my mood low and i get pain behind my eyes.
i discovered a lump in my neck but they said it was a lymph node
blood tests been done and they have said i got muscle problems in my neck and thats causing the headaches but why the sharp pain in the back of my head ? i hope its tension and nothing else !
does anyone get these headaches and let me know !
thanks
honestly I think I usually have headache at times and always refer to my neck aside am currently a pain along g the muscle of my tight neck.you there is pain meaning may be inflammation and not let the blood flow functions properly.
it’s not real z hard thing but it should leave in it’s own time
Your frequent headaches can be caused by dehydration. Do you drink plenty of water?
Ron 05709, I am on my 2nd week of Lexapro and I get headaches which is a side effect of the medicine…
Are you on any anti anxiety medication ? Have you been tested for allergies ?
Yes, I did have terrible headaches 24/7. They felt like needles pinching around my head, hot burning charcoal on top of my head. I have been taking Duloxetine and Xanax for anxiety and headaches for one year. The headaches is amost gone. I hope you find a right medication to help you with the headaches? How bad your headaches? Are you still be able to go to school, work or do house work?
**i get bas headaches as well. I have been going to a chiropractor who said i have extremely tight muscles in my neck. he suggested i do a lot of stretching and put ice packs due to inflammation of the muscles. Anxieties causes my muscles to get tense. When my neck hurts the pain shoots up to my head from being tense. Exercise and stretching is so important
not on any medication as my doctor said am ok
Good call. Always drink lots of water. Most of the time we forget or get busy doing something and hydrating completely slips our minds. Drinking water also helps with a lot of other things anxiety related as well.
Only your second week on Lexepro? I doubt its the lexepro.
