Who wakes up with this heavy foggy headache in forehead area over eyes?
Seems to last most of day until sometimes lifts by evening...
Took painkillers with morning coffee, to no avail.
Go through periods of not having this pain then suddenly this week, most mornings...
Can't see it being diet related as no pattern
Any ideas why?

Oh hunny, I do all the time. One week is fine then the next week it's something else. It just never seems to end. You're not alone. But I did do is get a good allergy pill and it works wonders. Give it a shot. Good luck, and hang in there. Hugs
Hiya aww yeah i have had headaches most days and its difficult to find good pain killers to lift them. Even if i go to bed with s headache its sometimes still there next day like s tight band over my eyes and round the back of my head. So tiring!!!
Acupuncture does help me and plenty of water.

I get the foggy heavy head feeling. Also the buzzing, tingly numb-like feeling in base of my head above the neck, near eye on the left side and or right and sometimes the ears too. Sometimes I'm afraid there's some circulatory problem.

I used to think it was caused by restless nights and lack of sleep, a tired head, but now I'm not so sure!
It could be partly those reasons but also maybe chemical?
Better put my iPhone to one side now...not in bed as that could cause it too! Nightmare!
Yet, had this too, I found paracetamol with caffeine helped, or a strong coffee!
Yes it comes and goes, heavy watery eyes one week upon waking and then nothing for a week or so, not sure how long this will continue on and off!!
