Warm epsom salt baths! If you have lavender essential oil, mix that with the epsom salt!

ive tried everything this week… defo epsom salts…(and european sea in this weather). ive been using achylivor tablets and cream since tuesday.
ive put a mix of pure teatree and lavender oil morning and night
ive used cornflour and water to make a paste. its messy but cooling and has dried it up.
i tried bicarbonate of soda and water first time i used too much and it stung like ■■■■ lasted 2 mins if that but i used a weeker solution the other day and it was manageable.
ive kept my legs open at night with a fan aiming in that area (as much as possible)
its now coming onto my 5th day since noticing the blisters and they where the biggest ive seen and joined together so about 2cm in total and its healing really well almost shrank by half!!! This is my second outbreak. im not a medical expert but this has really helped me hope it does for you
