Hello,
I gave gastrointestinal symptoms since several months. I am not interested in a diagnosis anymore, more in healing.
Assuming there is SIBO, and this is likely (bloating, often gas, food intolerances), how do I remove SIBO?
Perhaps fasting? Herbal antibiotics?
Another thing I never attempted is a colon cleanse. Surely I need one. How to do it?
Take laxatives as if I would prepare for a colonoscopy?
Psyllium husk, aloe?
Food wise I am already eating healthy and mostly Fodmap. Still eat starches.
Any food advices?
I remove worst offenders for me (chocolate, gluten, apples and pears or juices, dairy, no coffee or alcohol, no processed food, beans or lentils only ocasionally). Still eat porridge oats, dates and nuts; fish, tofu, eggs, most greens, bananas, rice or millet.
Hi silva1988
Have you considered Colon Irrigation. Check online and see if it appeals to you. Thoroughly check for a good provider....
Herbal antibiotic is a good option in my thoughts.it has no (fewer) side reaction.SIBO is in small intestine.why do you want colon cleanse?
I aim to clean both small and large intestines, from SIBO and old stools respectively.
