So i posted on here alot last year as i was really struggling,i had never sufferd from anxiety before so i couldnt get it into my head it was anxiety and i thought it had to be a neurological condition.i suffered from body tremors.vibrations.visual snow.dizziness.i rarrly left the house put on 3 stone in weifht basically became a recluse.i must of visited the doctors nesrly ever week and a and e a few times.i had an mri scan in march which came back all clear and i saw a neurologist who said there was nothing sinister going on....then my symptoms started to decrease i started to feel alot better i still had the visual snow but i got used to it and i started to live my life again i lost most the weight and my social life returned i was happy.fast forward to last week.i started to get the tremors back and ive started to feel really week and sleepin alot longer and still feeling tired.i have muscle twitches all over the body and i feel im slipping back into that bubble again...mi really dont want to keep going the docs as i basically had a season ticket there last year.im hopin this will pass and i dont wsnt to start drifting back into that last year....i still dont know alot about anxiety i always thought anxiety was shortness of breathe ect.can anxiety cause fatigue and tirdness? Tremors and body vibrations?thanls for listening

Absolutely, I've had all of those and then more symptoms that can only be explained by anxiety (I've had so many tests done, it can't be anything serious).
Oh yesssss... think of all the stress our minds can put on our body. Plus our diets when having anxiety, lack of exercise.. all the worry can totally cause tiredness and exhaustion. I wonder that myself too quite often. Hyperness, shooting adrenaline or whatever stress hormones on and on.. idk what causes like vibrating body parts, legs for me but I know it happens after I have tons of anxiety day in and day out.
