I suffer with severe health anxiety and the last few days I've had a metalic taste in my mouth that comes and goes I take multivitamin but the other day I took them as well as extra iron vitamin so I'm not sure If this is to do with it can anxiety cause this metalic taste ? it disappears then i think about it and it comes back
anxiety can cause a metallic taste in people‘s mouth‘s. , so can iron deficiency anemia. but if your blood count is fine then it’s most likely due to anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety etc.
