Health Anxiety /panic for months. Any tips?

hi everyone i feeling horribly anxious and panicked and was hoping someone could suggest some tips. i feel jittery and weak from the inside. nobody would even notice but i feel dreadful. health anxiety and panic is extreme and each day i seem to have a new physical symptom. my body is stressed from having a second baby 10 months ago and not sleeping for a long time. its brought with it not only tiredness but extreme pain, chest pain, headaches, reflux, stomach cramps, nausea, weakness, pins snd needles,lightheaded, dizzy, najor feeling of dread and scared that something is wrong. any tips?

I feel exactly the same but my worst symptoms are short of breath and palpitations and i really need this fixing bc its stopping me from living my life, and its ruining my relationship bc its long distance and im hardly visiting her bc of it, and i will lose her if i dont sort myself out fast, ive been doing alot of research and the 1 thing that is keep coming up is magnesium, people say its cure them of anxiety, some even say they dont need to take medication anymore bc its that good and some say they finally have their lives back.
