Had anxiety for as long as I can remember health anxiety included been getting headaches plus dizziness dr took my blood pressure wasn't bad taken blood test getting hot flushes then cold keep losing appetite lethargic had all this about year and half ago dr upped medication to 4omg now it's all happening again just keep thinking there is something serious with me I have just turned 70 and that was getting me down I feel a fraud although everybody says I look great for 70 I don't feel it can anybody reassure me
Hi Pauine, I too sufifer from health anxiety and having a bad couple of days. I take 7.5 mg of Mirtrazapine at night, and lately been taking some diazepam in between ti calm me down. I had routine bloods done yesterday for cholesterol/diabetes/thyroid & blood sugar......was wondering if they will only show what they are being tested for or will they show up anything else?
Hi Adele I have just had blood test done went dr for headaches and bad dizziness but my blood pressure was ok but changed my tablets also my antidepprants I asked the nurse what they test for but she didn't mention thyroid or celiac desease so I don't know only had them done a couple of days ago so I have to ring up in a wk I hate this health anxiety had it for years
Also the dr has changed me from citalapram 4omg to escitralapm 20 Mg but suppose to be a lot better hope so I'm like you worry about my health all the time I have Ibs and it's all stressed related
