Health anxiety. What should I do?

I know I talked about this before in this forum about my stomach pain and I figured out what mostly it could be, I seem to have indigestion issue since I have been eating a lot of dairy products which is mostly cream cheese and toast almost every single day. Along with cereal and milk as well and I do add a lot. What are some home remedies I can use to feel better? I'm panicking though since I had random chest pains going on now. Can anyone give me some nice suggestions?

I get IBS from certain foods , which also gives me indigestion, I find the more anxious I am the worse my IBS and indigestion is. drinkkng lots of water usually helps me to try and move thst trapped gas that I have. I find taking mints so aggravates it and makes it worse
