Health anxiety

I have some health anxiety a lot of health anxiety , including anything feeling i have feels like ill die or something awful is happening. i dont care about anything else but really my brain, like stroke a seizure or anything of the sort. If my eye twitches i freak out and worry , if i have a head ache i freak out , or even if i feel anxiety i feel like ill die ! I Know that people hav e health anxiety but i dont know how people cope with it.

If anyone has any suggestions i would really appreciate it.

You sound young and the dread of death is common especeally if you feel a little jaded.

Stroke, seizures etc are rare when we are young, you need to rationalise your fears and work out and control any health issues

If you have a headache have a Nurophen, it may help, if it continues see your GP.

The secret is know when you are anxious and control your fears, understand Anxiety is a self taught experience where you can learn about yourself and body.

Many people have headaches and associated Anxiety attacks, most accept they are stessed and learn to move on.

Can you imagine if all the population was stressed and where to die, there would be no-one left

I tired Hypnotherapy and it helped me a lot. Gave me technics to deal with anxiety. It is a little costly but I would recomend it. Remember you won't die beacuse of the anxiety, it may feel like it and you think what is going on but it is not deadly. I know that it is easy to say but I was there. Talked to your GP about CBT - it helps as well.
