Health anxiety

I'm at an academy and it's a stressful environment. I been having chest flutters, dizzy spells, sternum pain, shortness of breath, and at night when I try to lay down and go to bed I get this sinking feeling in my chest and it's like I stop breathing when I exhale. I've had several tests done a few times such as chest X-ray, blood tests, ekg, and I had one Ct scan done. All have came back fine. I currently have a heart monitor on for a week and I'll be getting a stress test done and an echocardiogram done. I'm really worried that I have something going on that the docs haven't picked up yet and I'm terrified that they won't find it in time. Also all this has been going on for over a month (right about when I started the academy) I'm in pretty good shape, I can run 2.5 miles and still have some energy. But there is times I just feel out of breath. And the night sleeps are what scare me the most because of me feeling like my breathing is stopping and the sinking feeling in my chest. I'm just overwhelmed with worry.  P.S. I think I've had some panic attacks. I had a chest flutter and felt like I couldn't breath and my arms and legs and forehead started burning but it only last for a few minutes

I can very much relate! I been under stress this past month and didn't realize how bad it was. I started loosing my hair and breaking out in hives. However the feeling I been getting in my heart is what scares me. I am scared I am going to go to sleep and not wake up. I been getting chest flutters, dizzy spells and at night I feel like I can feel my chest beating through my chest. I feel like I can feel the pounding and sometimes pains. I been to the Dr once and Emerg. also. They did and ECG and testing and can't find anything. I started walking in the evenings and this has been helping. It's very scary and I know how you feel!!

Hi Kyle. I no exactly what u mean. I wake up as if I've stopped breathing and get this hot, tingly feeling from my head to toe. Then the sweats. I get this probably 2 to 3 times a night. I wake up exhausted then have to go to work. I have a tight chest and can't take a full breath 90% of the time. It is awful. I've suffered anxiety for years but the last few months have been horrendous. How can something in ur brain give u such s****y physical symptoms

It's pretty terrible, I fear that something could happen to me because of these symptoms
