About a month ago I got hit by a trailer full force in the kidney, I went to the hospital, they said I was fine, no internal damage whatsoever, about a week later I suddenly fainted. It was terrifying . I went back to the hospital
Hospital said I was fine, no organ problems. But I feel lightheaded all day everyday. It's been a month. It's driving me insane. My chest hurts now and my left arm started hurting. That's lasted few days. My urine is concentrated no matter how much water I drink. I just feel like I'm going to fall over and die. I've been to the hospital four times in the past month. My regular doctor twice. They all say it's anxiety. I don't believe them . I feel they've missed something or can't find something. I need help.

Ask you doc to test your urine and also do some blood tests and get an abdominal ultrasound scan....best wishes...
Maybe the pain could be a nerve injury on top of a urine infection.
