does anybody else ever get like shooting pains in there arms and chest i was sat there completly fine last night next thing i got shooting pains in my right arm and right side of chest woke up and there still there today i think theyve there still mainly because its my latest worry for the day ha also i was curious to know is it just me who when im anxious and can feel my chest going tight does anyone else force themselfs to burp because it feels like its loosening there chest i done that last night a little to much and now food feels like its getting stuck in my throat when i swallow it
yes! I get this alot.. if I’ve had quite a few real bad days my pains get alot worse.. shooting pains in my arms, belly and a feeling in my chest today like something is stuck.. its amazing what anxiety can cause! however I have had multiple ecgs, blood tests and scans done to rule out sinister things so if this is new to I would suggest a call to the doctor to be safe but if you’re an anxiety sufferer its likely to be that! try to stay calm 
yes, what you are describing all all symptoms of anxiety disorder. many of us have it. stomach problems, gas, acid reflux, shakiness, tightening of the chest (feels like a hundred pound weight is on it), muscle weakness, burning achy pains up and down legs and arms, throat discomfort (something stuck causing panic), hot and cold sweats, trouble sleeping, mind racing, heart racing, hyper motor reaction (leg bouncing up and down), headaches, loss of appetite, ibs, diarehea, and more, all can be summed up as anxiety symptoms. call your gp and tell them how you feel. with any luck they will refer you to someone who can get to the bottom of it and make you feel better
thanks for the reply i spoke to my gp today she put it down to anxiety but my anxiety is telling me its something really bad only because im getting a little ache in my upper back when taking deep breaths and google saying blood clot in lung haha did mention that to the gp and she said again anxiety just need to learn to belive her haha
