One thing at a time; you can add more later. That gives anyone who wants to space to just look up one thing at a time without too much pressure.
I should've said anything that helps you, including complementary therapies or anything but please keep it to one thing at a time and you can add other things. The reason is so that we can look things up in a more relaxed way than having two or more things to look up in one go. Some of us are very exhausted!
i said that with my story thread a few months back
add a word to the previous see what comes of it but people just took over r thats why i never added to it after the first bit.
Hot flushes. Tincture of Sage
I use Wild Yam for menopausal symptoms but I didn't know about Sage with regard to it. Thanks!
Well keep adding here; you have a wealth of knowledge to share Tian!
Insomnia - Natrasleep, extracts of Hop strobile and Valerian root.
I take Valerian before I go to sleep at night; it's so good! I haven't tried hops though.
What i have is all in the same tablet. I buy it from Holland and Barrett. Valerian is the active ingredient.
I'm glad they do you good; I take Valerian in tincture form and I get it from my herbal supplier along with many other herbs.

Chillow pads, wow never heard of them but they sound really interesting. Sometimes I flare up like a bonfire! Not as often now but sometimes. Do you use them?
Sorry, obviously you use them or you wouldn't have said they work like a treat!

so i am always cool come summer nights
Ah just looked it up; I've found previously that I'm allergic to foam, the chemicals in it so I'll have to stick to my cool fan. Thanks for mentioning it though.
oh well iv got gel ones as well i freeze mine
iv got a marko room cooler cost me £79 you can put cold water and ice blocks in so you get really nice cool air in your room
I'm allergic to anything with gel too because I have MCS, multiple chemical sensitivities so everything in my home has to be natural and chemical free.
Yeah! It's been hard work over the years eliminating man made chemicals from my life and finding natural substitutes for everything but it's been worth it.
