Does anyone else when they active or walking hear their heart beat strongly in ears.... Even when relaxing can hear heart beat in ears very worried
I can hear my heartbeat all the time when I am trying to fall asleep, idk why it is particularly loud at that time lol. But I don't think this is anything to worry about, I've always been able to hear it. I think we are just more hypersensitive to it and so we notice it more.
I hear mine in my right ear all the time but then again I have pulsatile tinnitus too.
Especially whenever I go to sleep or eating large meal
