Heart attack

hi guys.. i am 20 years old male ، Bodybuilder for 2 years and i don't have any diseases , no high blood pressure or low . i did TSH and CBC and 4 ecgs and echo test and sugar blood test and every thing was great instead of having fast heartbeat and palpitations and shortness of breath all the day because i am so anxious about my heart all the time . i am scared to get a heart attack right now i did not have any chest pain at all put i think i will get one at any time so now i am even scared to walk or do any physical thing . what is the chance to get a heart attack if my only risk factor is anxiety ?

ZERO ! Anxiety symptoms cannot harm you. i get rapid heart rate all the time and still workout. you’ve been checked out.
ive had anxiety and symptoms since age 5, and active , I am still here.
you can always reduce or slow down your activity to regroup . but the adrenaline that causes the fast heart rate wont hurt you or your heart .
try not to think about this because it increases symptoms. Your heart is fine. Don’t tell yourself you’re going to have chest pain .
you are going to be just fine!:heart::heart:

I agree, the chances of you having a HA is virtually zero at your age from the anxiety. It may seem counter-intuitive but light to moderate aerobic exercise will actually help you. I also suggest mediation. Avoid Rx meds like benzos if you can. They are very addictive and you become tolerant to them over time.

Your chances of having a heart attack are as close to zero as it can possibly be. Since you’re only 20 and have had ECGs and an echocardiogram it’s almost certain to be anxiety. An echcardiogram checks for congenital heart defects, which is the only possible cause of a heart attack at your age. Since it’s fine, you are fine.
I’m a higher risk than you (age 54) and have had all the tests myself. I can understand the reluctance to exercise, as I had it myself after a recent health scare. However, I have gradually gone back up to 10,000 steps.
I would suggest taking it slowly and start to walk rather than run. if that’s fine take it to the next level.

None. Anxiety can’t physically harm you and certainly couldn’t cause a heart attack! I hope you are having treatment for your health anxiety. x
