Has anybody ever had this? Where you're fine one second and the next it feels like your heart hurts every time it beats for 20 to 30 seconds then goes and comes back Then stays gone? What is that? It drives me crazy and every time it happens I get just as scared as before. Ugh.
How recently to these episodes have you eaten
I used to worry about having all kinds of health problems it's like your hyper sensitive to everything in your body. Try not to worry too much about it. Your body will sort itself out that's it's job.
Probably like an hour or two before. I did have gas pains shortly after but it felt like my actual heart hurting through to my back so I didn't think those two could be connected.

Usually heart pain doesn't come and go. It lasts for a good 20 minutes then you have to get some rest I order for it to go away. I would get checked out as it will give you some comfort. But it can be acid reflux. As many other things that causes chest pain.
