Heart monitor

Went for heart monitor 24hr result. Doctor said 4 times during the 24 hours it showed a slight issue with the electrodes in my heart but she said it is very normal and has put me on to a cardiologist for a examination she did say it was routine and she has gave me 10mg citalopram for anxiety. Just want the pins and needles and numbness to go away

I know the pin and needle feeling can be very annoying but as long as you're following up with your doctor you'll be fine. My father had the same slight issue with the electrodes in his heart and nothing bad ever happened.  He lived with that for over 40 years and had a very normal active life. When he passed it was not because of that.

have you ever tried a little meditation to calm everything down and possibly diminish the pin and needle feeling?

When we have anxiety that is one of the symptoms that is common. I have had that. A couple times a day I listen to meditations for  anxiety or relaxation or sleep or whatever I want on YouTube. They completely calm down  my mind and body in my symptoms generally diminish and sometimes go away completely. This could  help you and I like to use earbuds for a better effect .

 hang in there!
