guys im freaking out. i was on propananol 120mg for some time and stopped working so they put me on bisoprolol 3.75mg been on it for about a week and my palpitations are so severe. its like one every other heartbeat, it pauses started pauses starts. just scares me. i get them bad when i eat and do alot. ots stressing me out. i get diarrihea and i shake like im shivering when its happening. i fee like the only one. i feel like nothing is going to help. it doesnt help i feel mine stronger then some other and others feel them a lot. i come here to get support. when it starts i start to panic which doesnt help but the feeling of them is horrible and cant cut off from them when u feel them xxx
im the exact same, just done some exercise and cannot stop the heart skips very scary
isnt it horrible. it just doesnt feel like a normal heart beat. skips beats skips beats but can feel it in your throat when you breathe and in your chest. i always think i have a terrible heart problem and im going to die. i hate it. im scared to eat im scared to move. i really know how you feel 
just wish it would go away. medication doesnt help ether xx
nothing has helped me either, ive been doing a lot of research and im going to try magnesium supplements.
