has anyone noticed having heart palpitations after drinking alchohol while taking celexa?
Hi Kelly, yes I have.
When I first took cit 10 years ago, I could drink and not experience any side effect really.
Likewise last year when I was reducing, could still a tipple.
This time around is not the case. I have heart palps and feel more anxious/depressed the day after alcohol. But for me, am also post menopausal, so the fluctuating hormones are probably also having an effect. Am actually avoiding alcohol at the moment until I feel well and truly better.
