Heart Rate Fluctuating Too Much?

Does anyone else have a Apple Watch or similar device where they can see heart rate? Or have ever watched their heart rate on a monitor in a hospital? I ask because anytime I have watched mine while I’m at hospital and Apple Watch and within 30 seconds my HR changes so much. For example earlier it was: 73,74,89,81,65,69 and so on all within 30 seconds. But when I watch other people’s HR it seems to be more like: 73,74,73,73,74 for example. I’m always concerned about it, but a year and 1/2 ago when I noticed it and also began having other symptoms. All of my tests came back fine for the most part and no one seemed worried about it. But it just doesn’t seem normal to me that it varies so much within a short time frame all of the time.

Hi, I have noticed these symptoms to and i mostly get it when i tend to focus on my heart beat since when we focus on it we try to calm it down when its at 90 but then when its at 65 we get scared its to low so our heart starts beating faster. I have severe health anxiety and whenever i get a panic attack i feel like i cant breathe and start to feel my legs and hands to tingle and feel numb

thanks for replying @joaquin00537! i’m sure being stressed about my heart rate isnt helping. thankfully, i havent had a panic attack in a while, but that is exactly how i get when i have one too
