Hiya been to see my gp today about my tension headaches and he's prescribed me inflammation tablets he took my blood pressure which was 129/85 and Said my heart rate was abit high 100 I did feel anxious while I was there is this normal in worried now?? Thank you
Your numbers look pretty good. There are people on a bunch of meds who never see such lovely numbers.
Yes, it's normal when you're anxious. Your BP is also normal.
Mine was 116 at the doctors.. Got fully tested for my heart, nothing is wrong.. Anxiety has raised it to 150s before for me. Completely normal.

When we are stressed your pulse Rate and blood pressure rise. Sometimes they say it is a White Coat fear, been worried at the GP or Hospital.

I don't think that med will relieve your tension headache,because it's a tension headache caused from anxiety,not just a tension headache caused by a stressful day. I had a tension headache that lasted for 8 long,long years. 2 neuro's,and I was on every thing from soup to nuts,and it didn't go away. What in fact took it away was a antidepressant, just saying.
