Heart rate

So let’s just start off with saying yes I have anxiety and I stress my self out soon as something is wrong with me but now what I am going threw is I check my heart rate like every 5min I feel but what is really getting to me is my heart seems like it’s stuck in the 90s even when just laying around watching tv and yes usually when I am laying around it’s like 60to70 and I have had every test you can think for my heart and wore a monitor for a month and every as came back good but for like last week my heart is always in the 90s and I was just at the er with bad stomach pain and they said  my intestines has inflammation so could that make my heart rate go up??

A normal heart resting heart rate goes from 60-100, so you are not abnormal. Pain will raise your pulse though. Also anxiety is a big factor in having a higher pulse. If you want to lower your pulse regular exercise is always good, also avoiding sugar, alcohol, smoking and caffeine or cutting down at least. You really don’t need to worry about your pulse though, don’t waste your life worrying about things that are normal. If you want to keep an eye on it fine, but don’t obsess about it. Try to be as healthy as you can and you will have less to worry about with illnesses.

Sometimes when laying down I feel like a  gargling sensation left side of chest is that just acid reflex

Sometimes I have like a gargling feeling left side of chest is that just acid reflex you think??

I am not sure what that is, is the gargling sensation coming from the lung?
