Hi Jessie, I know exactly how you feel. It is called anxiety and it is a horrible feeling. You should see a Dr. about some meds. It has helped ma a lot. I had the same feeling like my heart was going to pop right of my body. I was on 10mg of prozac for years and then the anxiety started. My Dr. increased mine to 20mg and I will tell you it took almost 8 weeks for it to kick in.

I know how you feel a lately I have wierd sensations in my chest and spontaneous thoughts that my heart is just goin to stop all the time..
I been on prozac for about 8 weeks now and just starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel. Anxiety is an awful condition and you never understand it until you have it.
Just remember that Anxiety makes you have wierd thoughts and body sensations but non of them can Hurt you .
