Does anyone get anxiety over their chest so easily. I'm a male and my chest hair and my sun burnt chest makes me feel so anxious. Either that or it's actually something wrong with heart
Ye I get those feelings, I always felt there's something wrong with my heart.. even my tshirt pulling on my chest makes me feel anxious..
Just this morning I left work as Im having stomach problems and keep feeling pains in the top of my chest.. I'm convinced there's something wrong which makes me even worse. All bloods and ecg's ive had done say I'm fine but I don't feel it.
Must say it's ruining my life at the momen

I hate to state the obvious......but perhaps you should talk with you physician about this,
the intenet is no substitute.
I had every test under the sun done on my heart a few months back and it was all clear

But then I've drunk alcohol and eaten poorly and not exercised coz I'm scared and worry that result is now invalid
It's horrible. I can't help but worry even though I Hopefully shouldn't neeed to as it is not dangerous.
