has anyone experienced a hot flash then chills i have put on alot of weight and when i drink wine or beer its worse
I sure do. And I also get little electric shock prior to my hot flash…This has been going on for awhile…
i go really hot for a while and need to stand outside then after i go really cold need to get my bed socks on and dressing gown

The chill thing just started i sat outside half of xmas day lol
and i found when i drink its worse the nexf day
nit enjoying this hot cold hot cold all day long
I just get the chill but not the hot. It’s a wave of weird tingly anxiety and then a feeling of cold. It is mostly on my upper thighs and back of my arms.
i actually sweet then freeze
seriusly the worst feeling
i have stopped drinking wine as it was making me feel worse. awful what we go through but kind of nice we are not on on our own
hi Sue - yep, isnt it fun? i used to love my wine, infact i meet regularly with a group of women who love to go wine tasting…i am now the designated driver because i simply cannot drink it anymore…if its not the hot flush/hot flash/sweating and or rosacea outbreak its the unrelenting anxiety attack and insomnia from simply drinking some wine - and wine is the only alcohol i like, so basically all my guilty/fun pleasures have been taken away by this cruel period in my life - dang it!
Yep… I sweat and freeze almost every night.
Yes I sweat the whole time I’m getting ready for work and have to open the windows and then get out to the car and wish I had a hat and gloves on…and then it just starts over…
